不同粒度焦炭气化反应特征的研究

摘要:

对3种不同粒度的焦炭,分别与CO2进行气化反应测试,得到各粒度焦炭的气化反应特征参数。小于0.074mm焦粉气化反应特征参数与CRI基本不具备相关性,只能用于评价焦炭基质的化学反应性,不能作为焦炭气化特征的评价参数;3~6 mm粒焦气化反应性特征参数与CRI具有一定相关性,可作为评价焦炭的气化反应特征的指标。

Abstract:

Gasification reaction tests with CO2 are carried out for coke of three grain sizes,and corresponding gasification reaction characteristic data are obtained.The tests show that the gasification reaction characteristic data of coke breeze less than 0.074mm are not related with CRI,so it can be used to evaluate the chemical reactivity of coke matrix only,and cannot be used to evaluate the gasification reaction characteristic of coke; the gasification reaction characteristic data of 3~6mm coke are related with CRI,so it can be used as the index for evaluating the gasification reaction characteristic of coke.
