摘要: 在上升管余热利用中,抑制上升管内壁结焦是保证焦炉正常生产的关键。而抑制结焦主要从控制上升
管壁温和避免上升管金属材料与荒煤气直接接触入手。控制壁温是一个复杂的综合处理过程,需要分析影响因
素,结合实践,制定可行的控制方法。

Abstract: Preventing carbonaceous deposits is essential for the normal operation of the coke oven
during waste heat recovery process from stand pipe. This prevention is accomplished by managing
the temperature of the interior wall on the stand pipe and isolating the stand pipe metal from raw
gas. The development of effective temperature control strategies is a complex task requiring a
thorough analysis of influencing factors,coupled with practical implementation.
