摘要: 结合某公司煤焦油深加工产线中浓硫酸法粗酚生产装置存在的问题进行改造。以现有分解器设备为基础,
增加pH 传感器、温度传感器、流量计和调节阀等设备。采用模糊控制算法进行粗酚生产加酸的自动控制。改造
后可实现在全负荷工况下粗酚产品质量的稳定合格,同时显著减少酸雾的产生以及酸雾夹带酚类产品的损失。

Abstract: The crude phenol plant with concentrated sulfuric acid method is upgraded to solve problems
that occurred in coal tar refinery plant. Improvement is done,i.e. pH sensor,temperature sensor,flow
meter and control valve are added based on existing decomposer. Fuzzy control algorithm is adopted to
automatically control the additional amount of sulfuric acid in crude phenol production. After upgradation
of the plant,the quality of crude phenol is ensured even under full-load operation. In addition,acid
mist generation and phenolic product losses carried away by aci d mist are dramatically reduced.
