焦化除尘灰配煤炼焦的研究与应用

Research and application of collected dust from dedusting for coal blending

  1. After research and experiment,it
    ,
    s found that the large amount of solid wastes such as
    tar residue,biological sludge and collected dust produced from coking plant of Hangang west zone
    can be blended and pressed in lump blocks according to blending ratio(dust accounts for 85%),
    and then coal is blended with the pressed blocks and used for cokemaking. In production,coking
    wastes are utilized as a kind of resource,which meets the prevailing environmental requirements.
    Coal blending resources are expanded for cokemaking,bringing hu ge economic and social b enefits.

摘要: 为解决邯钢西区焦化厂生产过程中产生的大量焦油渣、生物污泥等危险废弃物和除尘灰等固体废弃物,
经过调研及试验研究,可将焦油渣、生物污泥、各工序除尘灰等,按不同配比混合均匀后压制成冷压块( 除尘灰
约占8 5%),然后配入配合煤炼焦使用。在应用过程中,实现了焦化废弃物的综合利用,符合当前的环保形势
和要求,同时拓宽了炼焦配煤资源,将带来巨大的经济和社会效益,在焦化行业有很好的推广前景。

Abstract: After research and experiment,it
