摘要: 总结了兰炭的物理化学特性,论述了高炉喷吹兰炭的研究进展,提出兰炭应用在高炉喷吹工艺中的发
展方向。兰炭作为二次清洁能源能满足高炉喷吹指标要求,具备高炉喷吹的可行性,在高炉生产中有极大的潜力,
但需对高炉喷吹相关工艺和设备进行优化改进,以确保高炉喷吹兰炭顺利运行。

关键词: 兰炭, 高炉喷吹, 燃烧性能

Abstract: This paper summarizes physical and chemical properties of semi-coke,discusses research
progress of semi-coke injection into blast furnace,and elaborates the trend of semi-coke application
in blast furnace injection technology. Semi coke,as a kind of secondary clean energy,can meet the
requirement of blast furnace injection,and has great potential in blast furnace production. But relevant
process and equipment need to be improved for successful blast furnace injection.
