摘要: 通过对低阶粉煤直接换热干燥工艺过程仿真计算结果(煤层温度分布图、水分分布图等)及统计数据
的分析,结合工程设计,改进设备结构及优选设计方案,为干燥器设计提供技术支持。

Abstract: Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is applied to study working status of dryer. Based on the results of simulation (coal seam temperature distribution diagram,water distribution diagram,etc.),statistic analysis and project design,the structural improvements and scheme optimization are proposed to provide technical support for the design of dryer.
