摘要: 主要介绍了包钢 5# 、6# 焦炉大修过程中引进无应力盘管式上升管余热回收装置的应用及运行情况。在 2 年的运行时间里,该装置运行稳定,可对焦炉荒煤气显热进行高效、高品位的回收,提高了焦炉的节能率,具 有显著的经济效益。

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the application and operation of the stress-free coil type heat recovery device form ascension pipe introduced in the revamping of No.5 and No.6 coke ovens of Baotou Steel. During the operation time of 2 years, the device operates stably and can efficiently recover the sensible heat of raw gas, which improves the energy saving rate of coke oven and has significant economic benefits.
