摘要: 针对喷淋式饱和器工艺生产硫酸铵过程中出现的产品呈蓝色、粉红色等异常颜色的问题,对其产生的 原因和机理进行了分析,找到了关键原因是蒸氨氨汽中所含有的酚、氰等杂质比例局部过大,造成酸度失控, 产生的普鲁士蓝和醌类物质附着在产品上,使产品颜色异常。通过优化操作,根据焦炉产量来调整蒸氨负荷, 使蒸氨连续生产,解决了硫酸铵产品质量异常的问题。

Abstract: The causes and mechanisms of abnormally colored products such as blue and pink in the production of ammonium sulfate in the spray saturator were analyzed.The key reason was found that the proportion of impurities such as phenol and cyanide contained in ammonia vapor during the ammonia stripping was locally too large,making the acidity uncontrolled,and the prussian and quinone adhered to the product,resulting in abnormal color of the product.The amount of ammonia stripping is adjusted according to the output of the coke oven so that it can be produced continuously.By such an optimized operation,the problem of abnormal ammonium sulfate products is solved.
