减少脱硫废液掺混配煤的探索

  1. 脱硫废液一般送到备煤系统掺混配煤进行炼焦处理,增加1台脱硫废液蒸发器,可减少掺混脱硫废液8.99 m3/d,减少脱硫废液处理量可产生综合经济效益约258 元/d。此外,降低了配合煤的水分,保证了焦炉的正常运行,减少了剩余氨水产生量与生化污水处理负荷。

Practice of reducing desulfurization waste liquid for coal blending

  1. The desulfurization waste liquid generated from the desulfurization system is normally delivered to coal preparation system for coal blending.To this end,an additional waste liquid evaporator is added,which could reduce 8.99 m3/d of desulfurizing waste liquid to be blended with so as to produce comprehensive economic benefit about 258 yuan/d.In addition,the moisture content of the blended coal is reduced so that not only the amount of coal water and the biochemical sewage treatment load can be minimized,but also normal operation of coke oven can be ensured.
