摘要:

克劳斯系统尾气中H2S和SO2含量超标,导致脱硫塔后煤气含H2S超标,生化废水硫化物超标,对生产造成不利影响。将克劳斯系统进行升级改造,硫反应器由1段升级为2段,降低了废热锅炉换热面积,另外加装了1台硫分离器。

Abstract: Because the H2S and SO2 content exceeds the maximum level in tail gas of the Claus furnace system,it has a serious impact on the downstream production after the desulfurization column,i.e.higher H2S in gas and higher sulfide in biological wastewater.The sulfur reactor is upgraded to two-stage reaction,with less tail gas to reduce the heat exchange area of the waste heat boiler.It is also added with one more sulfur separator.
