摘要: 通过模拟高炉反应条件,介绍了评价焦炭质量优劣的方法,并提出了焦炭在模拟高炉喷煤反应条件下的反应性(RI)和反应后强度(I60010)。研究表明,较高的I60010是保证高炉顺行、实现高喷煤比的重要条件。

Abstract: This paper introduced a method for coke quality evaluation based on simulated PCI reaction condition of blast furnace.It also gave reactivity index (RI) and coke strength after reaction (I60010).The result shows that the I60010 plays an important role in ensuring smooth operation and realizing high injection ratio for the blast furnace.
