摘要:

利用 300 kg试验焦炉进行炼焦试验,研究了配合煤的水分和堆密度对焦炭质量的影响。结果表明,在试验条件下配合煤水分的变化对焦炭质量的影响较小,且规律性不明显;如果仅增大配合煤的堆密度,焦炭的M40变化不大,但M10 和热强度改善明显。在两者共同作用下,焦炭的冷强度和热强度均得到改善,且焦炭的平均粒度也有所提高。

Abstract:

The coking pilot test was carried out by using a 300 kg test oven to study the effect of coal moisture and bulk density on coke quality.The result shows that under the test conditions,the change of coal moisture has little effect on the quality of coke and appears tiny regularity.Only by increasing the bulk density of blend coal,M40 does not change much,however M10 and CSR are both improved obviously.When both moisture and bulk density are changed,some obvious relationship are found with the cold strength,hot strength and the particle size of coke.
