摘要:

新泰正大焦化有限公司新建6.78 m捣固焦炉是首个采用炭化室压力稳定系统(CPS系统)的超大型捣固焦炉。实际应用效果表明,CPS系统可以有效解决捣固焦炉装煤冒烟、炉门烟尘外逸等污染物治理问题,并能保证焦炉炭化室底部压力稳定,延长焦炉使用寿命。

Abstract:

The newly-built 6.78 m stamp-charge battery of Xintai Zhengda Co.,Ltd.is an ultra-high capacity coke oven that first adopts CPS system in the world.The practical experience shows that the CPS system can effectively solve the problems such as charging emission escaping,oven door emission leakage,etc.and ensure stable pressure at the bottom of coking chamber so as to extend the service life of coke oven battery.
