摘要:

真空碳酸钾脱硫工艺产生的脱硫废液中氰化物、硫化物含量高,极易影响废水处理系统达标运行。采用IPE-DCN工艺对脱硫废液进行预处理,氰化物去除率可达95%以上,硫化物去除率可达99%以上。预处理产生的污泥用于配煤炼焦,预处理后的清液可减少对废水处理系统的影响。

Abstract:

High content of cyanides and sulfides in waste liquid produced with vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization process would easily affect waste water treatment system in the process of production.The removal rate of cyanide and sulfide are 95% plus and 99% plus respectively after pretreatment of waste desulfurizer liquid by IPE-DCN process.The sludge from the pretreatment is used for coal blending for cokemaking,and the clear liquid after pretreatment could reduce the impact on the water treatment system.
