摘要:

在塔-希法脱硫工艺中,硝酸作为希罗哈克斯法废液处理的缓蚀剂。由于2014年底以来硝酸用量明显增加,所以通过实验测定,结合理论分析,找到了硝酸用量增加的原因,并制定了相应的对策和措施。

Abstract:

Nitric acid,as one kind of corrosion inhibitor,is an important accessory in the Takahax-Hirohax desulfurization process.But since late 2014,a continuous and noticeable increase of nitric acid consumption has appeared.In this article,the cause of this problem was found through the experiment and the theoretical analysis.Meanwhile,corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
