摘要: 阐述了新型大容积焦炉炉体结构的特点及炼焦工艺新技术的应用,对新型大容积焦炉高向各区域的保护力分布进行分析,提出了新型大容积焦炉炉柱设计的思路和方法,利用数值模拟仿真技术对炉柱进行静力学分析,得到适用于新型大容积焦炉的炉柱结构形式。

Abstract:

In this paper,the features of oven proper structure of new type large capacity coke oven and application in new technology for cokemaking are described.The vertical distribution of bracking force in different regions of new type large capacity coke oven is analyzed and demonstrated.A new concept in design for this type of buckstay is put forward.By numerical simulation,static analysis for the buckstay is made,and a suitable buckstay structure is obtained.
