摘要: 蒸氨废水冷却过程中,循环水通道与废水通道易结垢堵塞,导致换热效率逐渐降低。经过研究与探索,采用蒸氨废水循环预冷,并设置软水换热器的方式,解决了冷却器易结垢堵塞的难题。

Abstract:

During the process of stripped water cooling,the circulating water line and waste water line would be prone to blockage due to scaling,which would decrease heat exchanging efficiency.It is studied that pre-cooling circulation for the stripped water plus soft water heat exchanger can solve this problem.
