旋风除尘器用于干熄焦一次除尘的可行性研究

摘要:

依据流体力学原理,经过计算和比较旋风除尘器和重力除尘器的特点,找出旋风除尘器用于干熄焦一次除尘的制约因素。进一步通过工程实例,介绍其设计选型、制作安装以及实施效果等。结果表明,旋风除尘器替代常规一次除尘器具有工艺简单、投资低和效果好等特点,循环气体含尘量可控制在1g/m3以下,满足工艺要求,甚至可取消二次除尘器配置。

Abstract:

Based on the theory of fluid mechanics and by calculation and comparison between cyclone dust collector and gravity dust collector,confinement reasons are found for holding back the cyclone collector as primary deduster for CDQ unit.Design selection,fabrication,installation and execution result,etc.in practice are introduced.The study result shows that the cyclone collector can replace the conventional primary deduster even the secondary one in the CDQ unit,and can meet the process requirement with features such as simple process flow,low investment and good performance,etc.,with dust content in circulating gas lower than 1 g/m3.
