摘要:

总结了我国焦化行业备煤工序在煤场管理、分析化验、配煤技术管理等方面所存在的共性问题。基于系统最优理念,从最适合工艺技术甄选、分析化验数据系统化管理、精细化配煤、配煤与炼焦融合管理等方面提出全流程系统优化理念下的备煤技术发展建议。

Abstract:

Common problems are summarized in coal preparation of coking industry of China,such as coal yard management,laboratory test analysis,coal blending management,etc..Based on the optimum system concept,suggestions for this technology development are proposed in terms of process selection,systematic management for lab test data,refined coal blending,and comprehensive management for coal blending and cokemaking,etc..
