摘要:

对焦油加工装置的换热网络进行了梳理,采用夹点技术计算出夹点温度,科学评价了换热网络的运行状况。对冷、热物料间的换热进行了优化,提高了换热效率,每年节约成本83万元。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of heat exchange network of tar distillation system,the pinch temperature is worked out with pinch technology.The operating status of the heat exchange network can be evaluated in a scientific way.The heat exchange between cold and hot materials is optimized to improve heat exchange efficiency.The annual cost can be cut down by 830 000 Yuan.
