摘要:

基于现场所收集的数据,在稳态检测、聚类分析和热交换模型相结合的基础上,提出一种适用于粗苯管式加热炉的稳态特性辨识方法,能对粗苯管式加热炉模型有效辨识。通过对某焦化厂管式炉实际数据测定,对辨识模型进行了检验,证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:

Using the process data measured at plant site,and based on the steady state detection,clustering analysis and the model of heat exchange,a steady-state identification method for tubular furnace in crude benzol distillation unit is proposed to effectively identify the tubular heating furnace model.The effectiveness of this method is proved by the test of identification mode based on the actual data of a coking plant.
