摘要:

通过对焦炉使用高炉煤气加热过程中存在的问题进行分析,找出了影响焦炉温度均匀稳定的不利因素。同时结合JN60-6型焦炉使用高炉煤气加热时直行温度与焦炉烟囱环保在线监测NOx数据的具体对比分析实例,提出了利用焦炉烟囱环保在线监测NOx数据变化趋势指导调控焦炉炉温的方案,改善了传统人工调整炉温的滞后性,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:

By analyzing the problems occurred during heating with BFG,the factors influencing the uniformity and stability of coke oven temperature are found out.Comparing the longitudinal temperature of JN60-6 type coke oven heated with BFG with the NOx content measured online at the coke oven chimney,a scheme for oven temperature control according to the NOx content monitored at coke oven chimney is proposed.The problem of delay by manual regulation of the oven temperature is solved.
