摘要:

研究了干熄焦组产方式改变前后干熄炉料位、气料比、循环风量、物料停留时间等参数对焦炭平均粒级的影响,同时提出优化方法,优化后焦炭粒级稳中有升,吨焦产气量和能源消耗得到改善,降本增效明显。

Abstract:

The influence of CDQ chamber level,gas coke ratio,circulating air flow and material stay time to the average grain size of coke before and after change of CDQ operation mode was studied.Countermeasures were taken to optimize the production.After optimization,the coke grain size was stable and improved,and gas yield was increased,while power consumption was reduced.
