摘要:

介绍了大型集中式除尘系统的发展趋势和存在问题,提出利用恒动压值控制设计流量的基本原理。恒动压的控制可借助于取压传感器组合原件和阀门定位执行器,并通过可编程控制仪,最终完成试运行风量调节的目的,可以确保在投产、试车、调试过程中系统的阻力达到平衡,从而达到满意的除尘效果。

Abstract:

The development trend and problems of large centralized de-dusting system are introduced.It is proposed that constant pressure value can be used to control the designed flow.The constant pressure can be controlled with the help of pressure sensors and valve positioning actuator.The test run air flow can be adjusted by programmable control.Therefore,the system resistance can be balanced during start-up,commissioning and operation,and consequently the de-dusting effect is satisfying.
