Abstract:

This paper introduces the coal tar distillation process with a single set of processing capacity of 500 thousand t/a，for the aspects of heat conduction oil heat transfer，vacuum distillation and large volume tubular furnace.This paper analyzes and applies the energy cascade utilization，the centralized processing and the large-scale equipment，which improves the energy utilization ratio and reduces energy consumption of tar processing.
