摘要:

分析了140t/h干熄焦一次除尘器冷却套管在运行中发生堵塞而影响正常生产的原因,通过对结渣物进行理化试验分析,得出了堵塞物形成的机理,经过现场优化工艺操作等技术和管理手段,控制了冷却套管结渣现象。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the reason for the blockage of 140t/h CDQ cooling sleeve during operation.Through physical and chemical analysis on the slag,the reason for slag forming was found out.The problem of slag formation in the cooling sleeve was solved by optimizing the field operation and management.
