Abstract:

The coal blending expert system is established based on the coke quality prediction module and coal blending ratio optimization ratio.It includes such functional modules as data collection，data storage，knowledge base and inference engine，etc..It can predict the dust content，sulfur content，M40，M10，CRI，CSR of coke，and rapidly work out the best coal blending ratio.The practical application showed that the foreseeing deviation of coke quality is less than 6%，which meets the production requirement.
