摘要:

对捣固机主传动系统的运动原理进行研究,并通过动力学分析,获得凸轮组正压力的变化规律。研究了主轴的支撑特点,得出有利于系统受力的形式,根据不同工况验证主轴设计的合理性。

Abstract:

This paper studies the moving principle of the main drive system for multi-hammer stamping machine.The positive pressure change curve of cam group is obtained based on dynamic analysis.With the study of supporting features of the main axis,a new supporting form good for load-carrying of the system is designed,and the design of main axis is proved under various working conditions.
