摘要:

对焦炉生产管理与操作过程中引起炉顶空间温度偏高的原因进行了较为全面的分析,并针对相关原因从炉况、操作、管理等方面阐述了相应的应对及改善措施。采取措施后,焦炉的炉顶空间温度平均降低14~27℃,达到了预期目标。

Abstract:

This paper comprehensively analyzes the reason for over high temperature of oven top space during production management and operation of coke oven battery,and provides relevant measures corresponding to some causes from the aspects of oven condition,operation and management.With the application of these measures,the average temperature of oven top space is reduced by 14~27℃ as expected.
