摘要:

根据韶钢焦化的实际情况,建议采用煤调湿技术,通过数据对比可知,采用煤调湿技术有利于节能环保,可产生经济效益约8 204万元/a,对于120~150万t /a焦炭规模,投资回收期约4~5年,具有很好的推广价值。

Abstract:

Based on the actual situation of the coking plant of ShaoSteel,coal moisture control (CMC) technology is recommended.It can be seen through data comparison that CMC technology is good for energy saving and environment protection,and can create 82 040 000 RMB economic benefit every year.For a battery of 1.2~1.5 million t/y,the repayment period of investment is 4 to 5 years,so it is worthy for implementation.
