In this paper, calcium carbonate(CaCO3),calcium hydroxide [Ca(OH)2] and titanium dioxide(TiO2) were used as raw materials, the ratio of calcium to titanium was 1,and 3% poly PVA was added. After mixing, molding and drying, CaTiO3 samples were prepared. The samples were sintered at 1 500 ℃ , 1 550 ℃ , 1 600 ℃,1 650 ℃,1 700 ℃ respectively. XRD was used to analyze the phase composition of CaTiO3 material, and SEM was used to analyze its microstructure.

This paper introduces the refractory lining of opposed multi-burner gasifier. In order to improve the production capacity, the lining refractory of the gasifier was optimized, the effective volume of the gasifier was expanded, and the heat transfer analysis of the gasifier lining structure before and after the capacity expansion was carried out. The results show that by optimizing and adjusting the thickness of different linings, the outer wall temperature of the steel shell is basically kept unchanged, and the production expansion effect has been achieved field application step by step. However, the service life of refractories decreased significantly in the early stage after transformation. By improving the refractory performance,the improved high chrome brick has basically met the service requirements of gasifier.

The impurities in silica brick have a certain effect on it s refractoriness and refractoriness under load,a certain amount of impurities can promote the crystal transformation of quartz,which is beneficial to reduce the true density and thermal expansion coefficient of silica brick. The effects of various impurities on different properties of the product should be fully considered in the production,and the contents of impurities such as Na2O,K2O and Al2O3 should be scientifically controlled so as to improve the comprehensive properties of the product.

In order to meet the technical requirements for the production of low carbon steel and ultra-low carbon steel, brown corundum, plate-like corundum, fused magnesium aluminate spinel powder as raw materials, fused magnesia powder and alumina micro powder as additives, and almagnesia powder as binder, the machine pressed unburned corundum spinel carbon free brick was developed. The results show that the performance of the brick is the best when the content of fused magnesia powder and α-alumina powder is 3% and 8% respectively, and the service life of the brick in the molten pool and bottom of 90 ton LF Ladle is up to 105 furnaces.

A foreign steel company(hereinafter referred to as Company A)has been equipped with two 120 t converters and one LF,two 7-strand billet CCM of 165 mm × 165 mm,and one 4-strand rectangular billet CCM. Company A has a LF refining ratio of about 10% and mainly produces B500B series,HRB400 series,Q195L and SS400 products. In order to improve the social and economic benefits, higher requirements are put forward for blast furnace ironmaking burdens. Therefore, the application of high magnesium alkalinity pellet and high alkali sintering ore in blast furnace has become a revolutionary progress in blast furnace burden structure. Alkalinity pellets need high quality lime and light-burned dolomite in the production process, which provides a new application market for lime industry. Based on the practice of producing alkalinity pellet solvent in TGS680 lime kiln with blast furnace gas, the quality standard of alkalinity pellet solvent and its usage are discussed.

The paper introduces the process,quality and application related to the deepprocessing of the products produced by lime kilns in the steel enterprises adopting long production process. Focusing on different demands by various processes on the products of lime kilns, such as sintering,pelletizing, hot metal desulphurization,steelmaking,refining and flue gas desulphurization,the paper points out the existing problems in the current development of lime kiln technology. In addition,it proposes that the top-level management of raw materials and fuels should be strengthened based on the new development philosophy,so as to optimize lime demand and avoid waste and improper proportioning of resources.
