板坯连铸机中间包塞棒断裂问题分析与改进措施

摘要: 对某钢厂板坯连铸机在浇钢过程中塞棒出现的问题进行分析,发现主要为浇钢过程塞棒头掉落、塞棒棒体断
裂造成的连铸机拉下,严重影响了板坯连铸机的正常生产。对塞棒断裂问题进行研究,认为塞棒的设计、施工、烘烤
和使用等环节存在问题。通过改进塞棒材质,优化塞棒棒形设计,改进塞棒安装方式,改进开浇和浇钢过程中塞棒的
操作等,有效改善了中间包塞棒的断裂问题,使塞棒使用趋于稳定。

Abstract: The paper analyzes the problems occurred on the stopper rod during casting of a slab CCM in
a particular steel plant,and clarifies that the falling off of the rod head and the breakage of the rod body
during the casting are the main causes for the stoppage of the CCM,which seriously affects the normal
production. With the study on the breakage of the stopper rod,it is believed that there are problems in
the design,construction,baking,and use of the stopper rod. By optimizing the material of the stopper
rod,the shape design,the installation method,and the operations during the casting,the problem of
breakage has been effectively improved,making the use of the stopper rod more stable.
