摘要: 分析了连铸钢包以及LF/LF+VD、VOD、RH、SL/KIP 和CAS/CAS-OB 等炉外精炼钢包的冶炼工艺,概括了
连铸钢包及炉外精炼钢包用耐火材料的主要种类,简单分析了各类耐火材料的优缺点、应用部位及适用的钢种,详细
论述了连铸钢包及炉外精炼钢包用MgO-C 砖和Al2O3-MgO-C 砖、镁钙(碳)砖、高铝砖、镁铬砖、铝镁尖晶石碳砖、
铝镁不烧砖、不定形耐材技术及钢包节能等技术的新发展概况,指出连铸钢包及炉外精炼钢包耐材技术取得显著进步,
使用寿命显著提高。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the smelting process of continuous casting and LF/LF+VD,VOD,
RH,SL/KIP,CAS/CAS-OB refining technologies. The main types of refractories for continuous
casting ladle and refining ladle lining are summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of
refractories for steel ladle lining are simply analyzed. The new development of MgO-C brick,
Al2O3-MgO-C brick,MgO-CaO(-C)brick,high alumina brick, MgO-Cr2O3 brick,Al2O3-
MgO-spinel carbon brick,Al2O3-MgO unburned brick,unshaped refractory technology and energy
saving technologies for continuous casting ladle and refining ladle lining are discussed in details.
It is pointed out that the refractory technologies for continuous casting ladle and refining ladle have
made remarkable progress,so the steel ladle lives have been significantly increased.
