电石渣悬浮煅烧生产中速灰的工艺技术

摘要: 电石作为生产PVC、石灰氮、乙炔气等产品的一种重要的化工原料,每年产生约5 000 万t 电石渣。为大力
推动传统工业所构成的以“资源—产品—排放”模式向“资源—产品—再生资源”模式的转变,减少石灰石原矿的消耗,
实现双碳目标。本文详细介绍了一种节能环保型电石渣循环悬浮煅烧技术,通过循环倍率的调节,既能生产活性石灰,
又能生产中速灰,使电石渣的循环利用价值得到大幅提升,并且电石渣悬浮煅烧系统能耗低、环保、运行稳定可靠。

Abstract: Calcium carbide is an important basic chemical raw material for the production of
PVC, lime nitrogen,acetylene gas and other products. About 50 million tons of calcium carbide
slag are produced every year,in order to promote the transformation from“resources-productsemissions”
model to“resources-products-renewable resources” model,reduce the consumption
of limestone ore and achieve the double carbon target. This paper introduces in detail a kind of
energy-saving and environment-friendly circulating suspension calcination technology of calcium
carbide slag, which can produce active lime as well as medium-speed lime through the adjustment
of circulating ratio,so that the value of circulating utilization of calcium carbide slag can be
greatly increased,and the system energy consumption is low,environmental protection,stable
and reliable operation.
