摘要: 镁铝碳材质滑板适用于浇铸钙处理钢,文中对比了镁砂种类对滑板性能的影响。结果表明:电熔镁砂和烧结
镁砂对试样的体积密度、气孔率、耐压强度、线膨胀率(1 500℃)、抗渣性、抗水化性都影响不大;但是,使用烧
结镁砂的试样常温和高温抗折强度都比较低,抗热震性能较好;使用电熔镁砂的试样重烧线变化较小,抗氧化性较好。

Abstract: Abstract:MgO-Al2O3-C slide plates are suitable for casting calcium-treated steel. The influences
of magnesia types on the performance of slide plates are compared in this paper. The results
show that fused magnesia and sintered magnesia have little difference in the effects on the bulk
density,porosity,compressive strength, linear expansion rate(at 1 500 ℃), slag resistance
and hydration resistance of the samples. However,the samples with sintered magnesia have
lower flexural strength at both room temperature and high temperature,but better thermal shock
resistance;while those with fused magnesia have little linear change on reheating and good
oxidation resistance.
