摘要: 对高炉硬质压入造衬技术进行了阐述,并对现有硬质压入造衬料存在的问题进行了说明,并提出研制一种新
型硬质压入造衬料的必要性。在原硬质压入料的基础上使用高纯硅溶胶作为结合剂并通过调整铝微粉的加入量研究开
发了一种新型硬质压入料,介绍了其在红钢3# 高炉上的实际应用。结果表明:新型硬质压入造衬料不仅物理性能比
原硬质压入料优异,且在工业试验中使用寿命大幅提高,维修次数减少,可以满足高炉的实际使用要求,可以进行大
范围推广应用。

Abstract: This paper elaborates on the hard press-in lining technology for BF,and explains
the problems of the existing hard pressed lining materials. On this basis,this paper proposes the
necessity of developing a new type of hard press-in lining material. A new type of hard press-in
material is developed on basis of original hard press-in material with high-purity silica sol as a
binder and aluminum micro powder as additives. The paper also introduces the application of the
new material on BF No.3 of Honghe Steel. The results show that the new type of hard press-in lining
material has not only superior physical properties,but also significantly improved service life and
maintenance frequency in industrial tests. It can meet the actual operation of BF and be widely
promoted and applied.
