摘要: 在科学试验的基础上,根据非洲刚果(金)当地石灰石低强度易爆裂的特性,改进了麦尔兹窑的工艺措施, 取得了很好的效果,成功煅烧生石灰。并针对目前仍存在的问题提出了优化建议,值得同行们借鉴。

Abstract: On the basis of experiments, the technology of improving the process measures of Maerz kiln was developed according to the characteristics of low-strength and easy-to-crack of local limestone in Democratic Republic of the Congo, which achieved good results and successfully calcined quicklime. Suggestions for optimization were also proposed for the existing problems. This technical solution can provide the industry peers with reference for producing quicklime and improving efficiency and quality.
