摘要: 活性石灰是钢铁生产的重要溶剂和造渣材料之一,我国各大、中型钢铁企业基本上都有冶金石灰的生产设 施。活性石灰生产过程中,物料的输送往往伴随着扬尘,如果不对扬尘进行处理,造成粉尘外溢,不仅会污染周边环 境,更会危害工人及周边居民的身体健康,另外国家对环保的要求也越来越高,环境除尘显得尤为重要。本文通过对 扬尘产生的原因及位置进行分析,分类介绍了不同尘源环境下粉尘的处理方法及收尘风量的计算。

Abstract: Active lime is one of the important solvents and slag-forming materials in iron and steel production. Basically,all major and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises in our country have production facilities for metallurgical lime. In the production process of active lime, the transportation of materials is often accompanied by dust. If the dust is not treated, it will cause dust overflow,which will not only pollute the surrounding environment,but also endanger the health of workers and surrounding residents. In addition,the national requirements for environmental protection are getting higher and higher,the environmental dust removal is particularly important. This paper analyzes the causes and locations of fugitive dust,and introduces the dust treatment methods and the calculation of dust collection air volume under different dust source environments.
