摘要: 以黏土和 SiC 细粉为主要原料,制备了黏土结合 SiC 陶瓷材料,研究了烧结气氛(空气、埋炭和氮气)对其 物相组成、显微结构以及体积密度、显气孔率、耐压强度等性能的影响。结果表明:1) 3 种气氛烧后试样的主要成分 均以 SiC 和玻璃相为主,但是空气和氮气气氛烧后试样分别有少量的方石英和氧氮化硅生成;2)O2 和 CO 分压较高 都会对材料产生不利影响,空气气氛烧结试样表面出现大面积“鼓泡”现象,材料宏观和微观结构均匀性不好,且埋 炭气氛烧后试样的烧结性最差、强度最低;3)氮气气氛烧后试样的结构均匀,强度最高,综合性能最优。

Abstract: Clay bonded SiC ceramic materials were prepared with clay and SiC fine powder as main raw materials. The effects of sintering atmosphere (air, buried carbon and nitrogen) on its phase composition, microstructure, bulk density, apparent porosity, compressive strength and other properties were studied. The results show that the main components of the samples burned in three kinds of atmosphere are SiC and glass phase, but a small amount of cristobalite and silicon oxynitride are formed in the samples burned in air and nitrogen atmosphere respectively;The high partial pressure of O2 and CO will have an adverse effect on the material. Large area "bubbling" phenomenon appears on the surface of the sample sintered in air atmosphere, and the uniformity of the macro and micro structure of the material is not good; The sintering property and strength of the samples sintered in carbon atmosphere are the worst and the lowest; The samples sintered in nitrogen atmosphere have uniform structure, the highest strength and the best comprehensive properties.
