摘要: 对镁尖晶石不烧砖的原料配方进行改良,并测定其物理和化学指标。通过 SEM 扫描电镜分析 RH 炉残砖的 侵蚀情况,发现镁尖晶石不烧砖在 RH 炉下部槽、环流管和浸渍管上应用取得了较好的效果,在冶炼部分钢种时使用 寿命已经超过镁铬砖。随着镁尖晶石不烧砖方案的不断优化以及国内大环境铬矿的稀缺,可用镁尖晶石不烧转逐渐取 代镁铬砖。

Abstract: In this paper, the raw material formula of magnesia spinel non-fired brick is improved, and its physical and chemical indexes are determined. By analyzing the erosion of residual brick of RH furnace by SEM, it is found that the magnesia spinel non-fired brick has achieved good results in RH furnace trough, circulation pipe and RH snorkel, and its service life has exceeded that of magnesia chrome brick in smelting some steel grades. With the continuous optimization of magnesia spinel non-fired brick scheme and the scarcity of chromium ore in the domestic environment, the available magnesium spinel non-fired brick gradually replaces magnesia-chromium brick.
