介绍了现有麦尔兹窑点火烘炉的操作过程，对点火烘炉过程中存在的常见问题进行了探讨和分析，并提出了解决办法和相应的优化措施，确保窑炉顺行。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the operation process of ignition and heating-up for the Maerz kiln,analyzes the common problems in the furnace,and puts forward some solutions and corresponding optimization measures to ensure the smooth running of the kiln.
