摘要/Abstract

摘要：

综述了硅铝耐火材料的制备工艺及其特性，硅铝耐火材料的合成路线主要有以下几种：通过黏土（高岭土、黏土和氧化铝的混合物）烧制而成；通过硅线石族矿物和铝土矿烧制而成；还可通过溶胶-凝胶合成,利用固体废弃物 (含铝废料、板岩、铝泥、陶瓷废料等)烧制而成，并细致介绍了所制备的硅铝耐火材料的性能。

关键词: 硅铝耐火材料, 黏土, 硅线石族矿物, 铝土矿

Abstract:

In this paper,the preparation technology and characteristics of aluminosilicate refractory are reviewed.The synthesis routes of aluminosilicate refractory are mainly as follows:firstly,this kind of refractory can be made by firing clay (mixture of kaolin,clay and alumina);secendly,it can be made from mineral of sillimanite group and bauxite;thirdly,it can also be made from sol-gel synthesis,solid waste containing aluminum,slate,aluminum mud,ceramic waste and so on.The properties of the refractory prepared by these processes are described in detail.
