摘要:

采用电熔镁砂为主要原料,添加α-Al2O3微粉、钛白粉、结合剂、助烧剂、缓凝剂、添加剂、减水剂制备了10种转炉用水系大面修补料试样。研究了添加种类和加入量对转炉水系大面修补料流动值、黏结强度及中温/高温抗折强度的影响。结果表明: 6#试样综合性能最好,能快速烧结,且强度高,寿命长。

Abstract:

Ten water-bonded large-area repair materials for converter were prepared with fused magnesia as main raw material,adding α-Al2O3 micro powder,titanium dioxide,bonding agent,burning aid,retarding agent and water reducing agent.The effects of the add category and addition amount on the flow value of water-bonded large-area repair material,bonding strength and medium-hot modulus of rupture were studied.The results show that 6# material has the best comprehensive performance,high strength and long service life,and can be sintered rapidly.
