摘要:

转炉滑板挡渣技术具有挡渣成功率高的优势,目前已在国内多家大中型转炉上采用。介绍了120 t转炉挡渣系统耐材的损毁原因及改进措施。生产实践证明: 改进后的滑板及出钢口使用寿命和使用效果均得到提高。

BOF slide gate slag stopping technology has the advantage of high success rate in slag stopping,which has been used in many large and medium BOFs in China.This paper introduces the damage reason and improved method for 120 t BOF slag stopping system.The production practice result shows that the service lives and service effects of slide gate and tap hole are both improved.
