冶金石灰生产过程粉化问题试验研究

摘要:

针对冶金石灰生产中的粉化问题开展了3种石灰石原料煅烧粉化率试验研究。试验结果表明,选择合适的煅烧温度可以有效控制石灰粉化率,提高石灰成品率。从试验所取样品来看,950 ℃时石灰石分解率最高,粉化率最低,煅烧效果最好;石灰粉化率与石灰石晶粒大小有关。晶粒粗大的石灰石因晶粒间结合紧密、吸收热膨胀的能力较小,在高温煅烧过程中容易发生破碎和粉化。

Abstract:

Aiming at the pulverization problem in metallurgical lime production,three kinds of limestone raw materials calcination pulverization rate experiments were carried out.The results showed that appropriate calcination temperature could effectively control the lime pulverization rate and improve the lime yield.From the samples taken in the experiment,at 950 ℃ the decomposition rate of limestone was the highest,the pulverization rate was the lowest and the calcination effect was the best.The lime pulverization rate was related to the grain size of limestone.Limestone with coarse grains was easy to be broken and powdered during calcination at high temperature,that was because of its tight intergranular bonding and less ability to absorb thermal expansion.
