摘要:

自上世纪90年代国外部分电炉就采用透气砖底吹搅拌技术,通过向炉内喷吹惰性气体,以此搅拌钢水,使锰、钛、钒等合金元素收得率得到提高,脱磷和脱硫效果有所改善。近年来,随着国内耐火材料技术的发展,在电炉上也广泛使用透气砖底吹搅拌技术。采用该种技术有效缩短了冶炼时间,极大地降低了生产成本。

Abstract: In the 1990s,some foreign electric furnaces have adopted the porous brick bottom blowing stirring technology,which blowing inert gas into furnace to stir molten steel,increasing yields of manganese,titanium,vanadium and other alloy elements and improving dephosphorization and desulfurization effects.In recent years, with the development of refractory material technology in China,the porous brick bottom blowing stirring technology has been widely used in electric furnace.Using this technology can effectively shorten the smelting time and greatly reduce the cost.
