回转窑喷煤结圈机理及处理结圈技术的研究

摘要:

当回转窑使用煤粉作燃料煅烧活性石灰时会形成一种圈状厚窑皮,其危害性非常大。特别在结圈严重时,结圈使窑内的物料填充系数增大,直接破坏正常的热工制度,对回转窑的产量、质量和长期安全运行带来负面影响。本文通过对回转窑生产过程的分析及实验室相关工作的研究,掌握了回转窑在喷煤作燃料状况下的结圈机理,并总结出处理窑皮的有效方法。

Abstract:

The rotary kiln of active lime works with coal powder as fuel,which leads a circle shape dust liner inside the kiln.While the ring formation is getting worse and inside diameter of kiln is smaller,the factor of material filling is bigger,the thermodynamic engineering is damaged,the negative influence on the kiln comes for the output,quality and safety.Based on both analysis of active lime process and study of laboratory work,the paper gives the ring formation theory of rotary kiln with coal powder as fuel,and offers an efficient handling technology for the dust liner.
