烧结点火炉炉衬耐火材料损毁原因分析

摘要:

对某大型烧结厂点火炉的大修情况进行了跟踪和破损调查,并取样分析,探讨了炉衬损毁原因。得出结论:烧结混合物在高温下与点火炉炉衬接触,粘附到点火炉炉墙上,形成挂渣;渣通过耐火炉衬上的孔隙、裂缝进入其内部,其主要成分氧化铁逐渐扩散,与耐火材料发生反应,使其变质、侵蚀直至开裂、脱落。

Abstract:

This paper introduced the investigation of the major repair of a large sintering plant and the sample analysis to discuss the cause of lining damage.The conclusions are as follows: the sintered mixture contacts with the furnace lining at high temperature and sticks to the furnace wall and forms hanging slag; the slag gets into the refractory lining through pores and cracks,the main component of iron oxide gradually diffuses and reacts with the refractories,which result in deterioration,erosion until cracking and falling off.
