Abstract:

This paper introduces the impacts of lime stone,coke oven gas,power consumption,process parameters control,labor costs,and other factors on the metallurgical lime production cost with Maerz kiln.In view of the actual production status,targets are put forward for the important factors such as fuels,raw materials,power consumption,process parameters control,etc.and control measures are made resulting in an dramatically-lowered operation cost so that the production cost of metallurgical lime can be lowered and management level of the same type of kiln can be upgraded in lime industry.
