摘要:

回转窑预热器的废气温度为250℃以上,排放到大气中时温度在170℃左右,如果不加以利用,这部分热能会白白浪费。太钢复合材料厂本着节能降耗、废气回收的原则,应用纯低温余热回收技术,设置1台烟气余热换热器,可最大限度地利用烟气热量将水加热到供暖温度。

Abstract:

The temperature of the tail gas in air heater of rotary kiln is above 250℃,and the exhaust temperature of the tail gas into the atmosphere is about 170℃,the waste heat should be utilized to avoid wasting energy.Based on the principle of saving energy and waste gas recycling, the factory can make full use of the gas energy to heat the water to the heating temperature by using low-temperature waste heat power recycling technology and setting one gas heat exchanger.
